I started my career in health care as a licensed nurse. I loved nursing and taking care of my patients, but found myself wanting to help their families also. My decision to pursue my Masters in Social Work to allow the variety of medical social work as well as mental health therapy. What makes me different than others? I also have an understanding of religious trauma and abuse.
